Attending the Certified People Leader Programme (CPLP) in association with IIM Bangalore was a fantastic opportunity! The programme seamlessly integrated both offline and online modules, providing a holistic approach to comprehensively address diverse facets of leadership. Engaging with seasoned professors from the esteemed institution and sharing insights with various industry peers offered valuable opportunities for knowledge acquisition.

I was part of a program at IIM-B called the Certified People Leader Program (CPLP) which turned out to be an excellent short course for my learning expectations. I have gained a lot of insights and identified some key areas for success in Leading Teams and Business. It helps immensely in honing the people skills and Leadership Posture at work. It was a great opportunity to learn from the esteemed faculties, well designed simulations by People Business and the networking with the participant cohort.

The courses and modules offered in the programme had exhaustive details and approach towards the leadership fact.
